Is it possible to be soooo beaten down by something that you don't even have the energy to celebrate once it's over? I think that is kind of how I feel right now that the house is sold. Don't get me wrong, we are thankful beyond all belief but we are ready to move on. Don't want to spend anymore energy on that house including the celebration. We did learn some things and will grow from the experience. I like the couple we sold it to and I know they will take great care of it.
I want to give a huge "Thank you!" to all our friends and family who have been praying for us and getting us through this in various ways. You all are the best and we can't thank you enough.

FINALLY!!!!!
It is with muted joy that I tell you I finally picked the winner of the NCAA basketball tourney. I can't recall if I have ever picked 3 of the Final Four correctly like I did this season. My busy schedule kind of made this season an after thought as I didn't even scratch off teams as they lost. Hmmm. Maybe next year.
Life of a Sports Director's kid..
This picture taken by my friend David Lawson has to be one of my all-time favorite pictures. I think it shows how the busy ministry life is blended with family life. This is my son Grayson and he was thrilled to be walking along beside daddy at least until he got the idea he could push it just as well as I do. At 2 years old, he is not too keen on the word, "No." This was at opening day of flag football and I was finishing up some last minute field adjustments before we walked over to see mommy coaching my two daughters in their first football game. What a great day this was...
